We use Royal Mail for our shipping services on orders weighing under 2 kg. Orders over 2 kg in weight will be shipped via a courier service.
There is no shipping on Saturday - Sundays or on bank holidays so orders placed after 3pm on a Friday will be shipped the following Monday or the next working business day.
VapeHit will ship ordered item(s) by the Royal Mail standard first class service. Customers at checkout can opt to choose the recorded(signed for) post or the 'Next Day' service as preferred. VapeHit recommend that customers choose the Royal Mail 1st Class recorded(signed for) delivery option in order to be able to track any ordered item(s).
We can offer the Royal Mail Special Next Day delivery service. The Royal Mail Special Next Day delivery service is available for orders placed between Monday and Thursday received before 3pm (excluding any public or bank holidays).Orders received after 3pm on a working day will be processed for dispatch on the next working day, we will however aim to dispatch any orders received even received after 3pm up until the days goods are released for dispatch wherever feasibly possible. Orders for Special Delivery placed on a working Friday may arrive on the Saturday or will arrive on the next working day according to your local Royal Mail postal service. For a guaranteed Special Delivery to be received on a Saturday please contact us first on the Friday before 3pm (additional charges may apply).
You can add a different location for delivery (such as a work address or neighbour) in your account, this will be other than your billing address. Once added you can choose either address during checkout.
You can add specific instructions for the delivery of your order which will printed with the label at the front of your package. This can be any information such as to guide the post person to the delivery location, to advise a bell is not working, or if the resident has a disability.
If we have received specific comments for delivery from a customer during checkout to leave their packet in a preferred designated location we will add the note to the delivery label for the attention of the post person to fulfil. All Orders over the value of £30.00 or ordered with the 'Special Next Day' service will be sent by a signed for delivery service and will require a signature upon delivery. It will be at the discretion of the post person if they leave the item in any designated area or not as they are required to take a signature. Post persons will not call any specified contact telephone number.
If you do not want a order signed for and prefer it to be dispatched via the FREE standard Royal Mail 1st class postage please specify this in comments during checkout (this may affect any arising claims process read further below)

We aim to deliver our products to you around the globe, however there may be some countries which we cannot currently deliver to. We understand that speed can be of the utmost importance when ordering your item(s). We will always aim to offer a prompt service and delivery of your purchased goods. We are always dedicated in aiming to dispatch your item(s) the same day, this can generally be achieved if your order is processed before 3pm Monday to Friday. We do not dispatch items on a weekend, however if feasible we will always aim to dispatch any items via Royal Mail on the morning of a Saturday too.

VapeHit take care to abide by the Distance Selling Regulations (DSRs), and we always act in good faith once your order has been received to complete the shipping of your item(s). VapeHit take no responsibility for items which are shipped successfully but fail to arrive due to the failings of the shipping company such as Royal Mail. Once an item has been successfully dispatched from VapeHit it is the responsibility of Royal Mail or the respective shipping company.
VapeHit will however, at our discretion, agree to re-send item(s) lost in the postal service to you at no cost after 14 days. Please be aware that VapeHit are acting in good faith and are providing this replacement policy to offer our valued customers the very highest level of service, and to save our customers the inconvenience of having to wait 28 days as in the Royal Mail claims process.
We appreciate your continued custom and sincerely hope that you never experience any shipping problems, so please understand that we as a company uphold the highest standards of service but we can on occasion be let down by the postal services we require of third party companies. Royal Mail do provide minimum insurance to cover all of our products so if you find your parcel lost or damaged please do not worry just send us an email and we will do our best to assist in resolving this for you. Free deliveries will be sent via the Royal Postal service. The average delivery times stipulated above are generally the time scales within which Royal Mail will tend to deliver your order by. Royal Mail do advise that the average delivery times are by no means guaranteed. By placing your order via a standard Royal Mail service you are accepting extended delivery times may be possible, however generally Royal Mail do provide a good service and in the vast majority of deliveries which we send they are received by customers well within the average times scales mentioned above.
In the event that your ordered items are delayed with the Royal Mail Network, you are requested to wait up to 10 working days for your items to arrive. Should such a situation arise with your ordered items, only after this waiting period will we be able to authorise a claim against your delivery and re-dispatch your ordered items out to you again. You may also request a refund for your goods should you wish after the waiting period has been met.
For any urgent or guaranteed deliveries we do advise to please choose the option for 'Next Day' delivery service during checkout to avoid any delays.
If you have recently placed an order with us and have chosen Standard or Recorded Delivery please allow up to 10 days before contacting us. This is to ensure that Royal Mail have a sufficient amount of time to deliver your parcel.
For any item received damaged or with missing items, please contact us by email at email@example.com with the details. You will be required to keep hold of all the packaging for use with any photographic evidence we (or Royal Mail) may require off you in order to support your claim.

It disappoints us when any customer experiences a delay in receiving their order. We do apologise in advance for any inconvenience caused if you have been unfortunate to experience a delay in receiving your item(s) and we appreciate your patience with us whilst your item is been processed for delivery.

If an item is too large to fit through the letter box or requries a signature and there is no resident to accept the parcel then Royal Mail will leave you with a 'something for you' card. Please use this card to view details on how you can re-schedule a new delivery or to find details on how to collect the parcel from your nearest Royal Mail collection point.
We charge in advance for all the products ordered, and goods will be only dispatched provided the payment has cleared. We have a few options for payment but if you would like to do a bank transfer or cheque payment please email us first.
